The hotel is in a fantastic location, and the staff at the reception desk are great and efficient; also, there are markets and stores within walking distance.

The breakfast was amazing and of high quality, and the hotel was conveniently located right in the heart of the village.

they gave a classic king room with a valley view, a bath plus large bathroom as we booked. its location around 10-15 minutes walk from caves du palais saint firmin was stunning and wonderful.

Every interaction was great and every member of the team excelled in their role, exhibiting pride in the property and delivering a high level of service. It's rare to find such consistently impressive staff. The location of the hotel in a charming hill-top village is absolutely perfect. Being situated at the top of the hill, it offers a stinking valley view that will take your breath away. It's a beautiful and peaceful setting that adds to the overall experience. The breakfast at this hotel is a real treat. The buffet spread is extensive and all the items are of uniformly excellent quality. Whether you opt for a few a la carte items or the full buffet, it's well worth the slightly higher price.

The location, the hotel, the room and the spa are wonderfull. The receptionist was adamant during checkout before a misunderstanding regarding the payment of spa services. I hired a half-day spa that included two massages and a "dejeuner" for 195 euros, however when my husband did the checkout said they were two massages with a "petit dejeuner" as I was not present and there was not half a day spa with petit déjeuner but only with déjeuner the receptionist decided to collect the massages a la carte, in case 215 euros without petit déjeuner or déjeuner. When I exit the spa to lunch the mess was made, I clarified the situation and said that I intended to have lunch, then the recepcinista said that could not be possible because the bill was..

...Already closed. Despite my insistence she remained unmoved and I ended up with no breakfast and no lunch and still did pay 20 euros more. This situation is ridiculous for a 5 star hotel. Much more than unfortunate, with this gesture they spoil my day and all the well-being brought by the spa.

The hotel served absolutely fantastic and amazing breakfast, thoroughly enjoyed it. The location was beautiful, just close to Gordes Castle. The property was in a fairly nice area, close enough to Gordes for 3 days and the valley. We only had the pleasure of staying for one night due to time constraints, but even in that short period, everything exceeded our expectations. The breakfast served at the hotel was truly fantastic and delightful. The picturesque location near Gordes Castle added to the charm of the stay. Additionally, the property is conveniently situated close to Gordes, perfect for exploring over a few days, and offers easy access to the valley.

Had a wonderful Thanksgiving experience with family at this hotel. The complementary hot chocolate and cookies were a lovely surprise after our arrival. The hotel location was perfect to enjoy scenic views and take relaxing walks in the picturesque surroundings. The heated pools, games room, and terrace provided plenty of entertainment for guests of all ages.

Although the rooms were spacious and comfortable, the bath was a bit outdated and small for our liking. we felt that a few more complementary offerings would have been appreciated given the high price point of the hotel.

Staying in a quaint little village in the heart of Provence has its benefits, especially when it comes to restaurant choices. There are many restaurants in town that offer delicious meals and drinks. The restaurant we chose had a 7-course tasting menu that was an absolute delight. The location of the hotel is convenient since it is right in the center of the village, which made it easy to explore and enjoy everything Gordes has to offer.

The rooms were a bit of a letdown as they lacked some basic amenities that I have come to expect from hotels.

Exceptional!! I can assure you that this hotel is one of the best places to stay while in Provence! We stayed for 2 nights and wish we could have stayed for a week. Since you will need a car to get to Gordes, you can just use this hotel as your base and drive easily to all the other little towns in a very short amount of time. The view from the hotel is stunning and the service is impeccable. Our room was huge and had an incredible view. We were moved to a valley view since there was availability with no problem. It truly is everything you would expect from a 5 star and more!

Absolutely Incredible Hotel and Quite a Treat for our Honeymoon. We splurged on La Bastide de Gordes for a 3-day stay during our honeymoon, and it was worth every penny. We loved the hotel, we loved the location, and we loved the stellar service. We opted for the One Bedroom Suite with Valley View and Terrace, and it was absolutely heavenly. The room was huge, the bed was extremely comfortable and the terrace was the best part. It was so nice to have our breakfast outside and have a relaxing cocktail before dinner all on the terrace attached to our room. And the views were gorgeous too! The room was also incredible - the television is inside the mirror, and there is an iPad to search the internet and to make requests to the hotel staff.
